Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under
normal use conditions. However, the warranty becomes null and void in the
following cases:
- Damage
caused by power surges, electrical or power-related issues.
- User
mishandling, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Original Packaging Requirement
All warranty claims and replacements must be accompanied by the original
packaging, including all box contents (manuals, accessories, etc.). The
packaging must be in good condition, free from excessive damage. We strongly
advise keeping the packaging until the warranty period expires. No warranty
claims will be accepted without the original packaging.
Warranty Period (Valid from the date of purchase):
- Anker, Soundcore by Anker, and Eufy by Anker: 6-month warranty period.
- EcoFlow: 18-month warranty period.
- All non-Anker products: No warranty is provided.
Warranty Claim Process
- Only one
warranty claim is allowed per sale.
- If an
item is returned under a warranty claim, the inspection process takes a
minimum of two weeks (working days only).
- Warranty
claims will be processed as per Anker’s guidelines, which may result in either
a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Refund Policy
- Refunds
apply only to the cost of the item.
- Delivery
charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Policy
- If an item is deemed defective under our warranty policy, we will arrange for the collection of the faulty item and the delivery of the replacement. The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with this pickup and delivery service, which are non-refundable.
