Warranty Policy:

Warranty becomes null and void from power surges, electrical or power related issues and user mishandling or damage. The warranty policy is linked to the packaging of the product (box). Any claims/replacements to be made MUST be accompanied by the original packaging. We strongly advise that once you have purchased the product, that you should safely store the packaging until the warranty period expires. No warranty claims will be accepted without original packaging that is not in good order.

Warranty Period: (Valid from date of purchase)
Anker - 18 months

Soundcore by Anker - 12 months

Eufy - 12 months
Goods once sold cannot be returned. One warranty claim per invoice only.

Return Policy:

Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs should a product be returned and be deemed defective as per Anker's warranty policy.
