Warranty Policy: 

Warranty becomes null and void from power surges, electrical or power related issues and user mishandling or damage. The warranty policy is linked to the packaging of the product (box). Any claims/replacements to be made MUST be accompanied by the original packaging. We strongly advise that once you have purchased the product, that you should safely store the packaging until the warranty period expires. No warranty claims will be accepted without original packaging that is not in good order with all contents intact. 

Warranty Period: (Valid from date of purchase)

Anker, Soundcore by Anker and Eufy by Anker: 12 months warranty period

Goods once sold cannot be returned. One warranty claim only.

If an item is returned to us with a warranty claim, the average warranty claim period is a minimum of 2 weeks (of which only working days are counted). During this time the item is inspected as per Anker's guidelines and the necessary action is taken which may include item replacement or a refund. 

Refund Policy:

Only the cost of the item is refunded. No refunds will be made on delivery charges or transaction costs. 

Return Shipping Policy: 

Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs should a product be returned and be deemed defective as per Anker's warranty policy.
